Planning and packing for a wilderness trip requires expertise, forethought, and a considerable amount of time. Outdoor enthusiasts have the option of appearing at Paths Peaks & Paddles with only their personal effects and leaving for a completely equipped adventure.

Our complete outfitting service is as thorough as it is convenient. The package includes all equipment, supplies, food and the expertise and personal attention of our staff.

Personal Service
Paths Peaks & Paddles will plan and pack the food packs according to your instructions, familiarize you with the equipment and the menu, help you plan your adventure, assist packing your gear, review your skills if necessary and answer any and all of your questions.

Menu
Well planned food packs are filled with a variety of appetizing and generous meals complete with condiments, beverages and snacks - all measured and packaged individually.

Equipment & Supplies
  • Equipment that is lightweight and easy to use
  • Tents that will keep you dry
  • Sleeping bags that will keep you warm
  • Packs that are fitted to your comfort
  • Stoves that are lightweight and efficient
  • Equipment can also includes map(s) and compass, cooking kits, matches, first aid kits and insect repellent.



Partial Outfitting


Some wilderness explorers come in with food packs fully loaded but need equipment. Others have most of their equipment but haven't had time or the knowledge to assemble the food. At Paths Peaks & Paddles you can rent one piece, such as a canoe or a tent, or you can take an equipment package that fills your needs.

Equipment
Explorers can choose individual items such as lightweight tents, internal frame backpacks, canvas portage packs or airtight waterproof barrel packs, sleeping bags, sleeping pads and stoves.

Food Packs
Complete food packs will be prepared for you, and ready for you when you arrive at Paths Peaks & Paddles. You can choose a deluxe or ultra deluxe menu from a variety of items, and leave the packing to us. "This is the twenty first century, and no one has to rough it unless they want to".
